Our Classes

We offer personalised and group sessions for children aged 4-10, tailored to their individual needs.

  • What happens in a Kidonics session?
    Typically a session last for around 1 hour and our fun physical education program includes: Tailored Physical Activities to boost motor skills like coordination, balance, and strength Social Interaction Modules to build teamwork, empathy, and communication Expert Facilitators trained in PE and child development Ongoing Progress Tracking so you can see your child grow
  • When are the classes held?
    Group classes run twice a week, offering consistent engagement and growth. For personal sessions, we customize the schedule based on your child’s motor skills development needs.
  • What is the cost of the Kidonics program?
    Our kids physical education program starts from ₹4500 per month for group classes. Individual classes start from ₹8000 per month. Rates for personalised one-on-one sessions are available at a customized rate, depending on your child’s physical development goals.
  • What motor skills should a child have?
    By early childhood, kids should begin developing foundational motor skills like running, jumping, balancing, hand-eye coordination, and flexibility. These are critical for long-term physical health and academic focus which we will look to encourage our kids to learn in the Kidonics PE program.
  • What basic social skills should a child have?
    Social-emotional learning starts early. A child should begin to listen, share, cooperate, express emotions appropriately, and work in a team. These are the building blocks of strong peer relationships. Through a combination of group and 1-on-1 attention we try to inculcate these values in our young learners.
  • What will my child gain from the Kidonics program?
    Your child will experience improved motor skills and body confidence, stronger social skills for better teamwork and friendships, and Greater self-awareness and adaptability in diverse social settings.
